All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days of your order being placed.

Please note that orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday will begin processing on the next business day.

We currently send all orders using Royal Mail Standard Second Class delivery, offering a reliable and cost-effective service.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may occasionally vary due to factors outside of our control.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Any applicable delivery charges will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Missing or Delayed Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (where applicable), allowing you to follow your parcel's journey.

While we aim to dispatch every order within our stated processing time, occasional delays can occur once parcels are in the postal network.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, or you believe your parcel may have been lost, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to investigate and assist you.
